For the purpose to consolidate our position in the pharmaceutical market and increase the opportunity to use our experience and advanced technologies in the sphere of synthesis and drugs manufacturing JSC "Pharmatec" has expanded the production capacities due to buying Lugansk Chemical-Pharmaceutical Plant in 2001 and Kiev Vitamin Plant in 2002 (information about Kiev Vitamin Plant is on web-site: www.vitamin.com.ua )
Lugansk Chemical-Pharmaceutical Plant is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of drugs in Ukraine. It was founded in 1916. The pharmaceutical portfolio of the company contains more than 40 names of drugs as antiseptic, antituberculosis, resolvent, cardiovascular medicines and other therapeutic groups, also hygiene and cosmetic products.
In 2003 internal realization volume has increased in 65 % in comparison with 1999, export in 28%. The specific weight of realized packages was 2,5% of Ukraine market during January-June 2003. The production capacity is located on 3 000 square meter and includes tablet lines (2 workshops), unsteril liquid drugs line, powder line and children powder line. There are 380 workers, of which 130 are technicians. The consumers of Lugansk Plant products are all regions of Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan and Byelorussia.
Lugansk Chemical-Pharmaceutical Plant has not only large experience and solid reputation but also has potential, which we are going to develop by joint efforts, using richest experience of technologists, a new scientific development in the field of new technologies and thorough marketing analysis of the market.

- Search and manufacturing application of new original finished products
- Improvement of traditional dosage forms on structure and medicinal form
- Reproduction vital - important preparations based on foreign manufactured substances
- Purchase and application of new pharmaceutical technology of medical products
Now we conduct reconstruction of manufacturing and auxiliary sections by stepwise method. There is a well-found laboratory at the plant. Our aim is to put the manufacturing process according to the requirements of GMP.
